From Lesar D: I have been looking for an apartment, and I went to Shiloh Commons Apartments. I Spoke with the Community Director. He was very pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable about the financial part of me being able to afford the apartment. It seemed like he takes a lot of pride in how the apartments looks. He showed me an apartment and the apartment look nice and in great shape. While I was there it was very quiet and the laundry facility is great. I know I do not have to search any
From Autumn: I just wanted to send you an email, and let you know that I am very happy here. I have never had a place (considered I’ve mostly lived at home and school), that I have been so proud to have my friends over to. You were right when you said that this unit was designed for entertaining. I really appreciate you not totally hating me for bothering you with all of my concerns etc.... but I just wanted to let you know that I am glad that I made the decision to live here! I hope you had a
From Ayesha: This is a wonderful place to call home. The on-site laundry facilities and central location to grocery stores and shopping malls give us the convenience we need. As professionals who enjoy the nightlife - we feel the small town feel of Shiloh offers the peaceful environment after a hard day at work....and yet, we can always find a fun place to let our hair down in nearby Downtown Belleville. And since we are not far from the highway, taking a trip to St. Louis is always a wonderful
From Kelly: Just took a tour, very quiet and safe place, and affordable. I'm looking forward to moving in.
From Karen: We went in thinking we would not have much luck here. John proved us wrong, and showed us a great place that we love. He was very professional and explained everything to us in a way that we could understand and made it an easy decision.
From Ryan: Quality: Very Good. I like what they did for the holiday. They made my wife and I feel special.
From Cordero: Quality: Excellent. Shiloh Commons has been my home for some time. It's very quiet and has a home feel to it. It's very affordable and it's a great starter home, especially to college students.
From Tamika: I have lived here for around 5 months now and things are going great. It's close to SWIC as well as the local Wal-Mart and about 30 minutes from St. Louis and 10ish from Scott Air Force Base and that is good with me being ex-military.
From Tim: Shiloh Commons is a great place to live. Well maintained and overall quiet. I have lived there for five years and have had no issues. Great location. I am able to get to and from work in a very timely manner. Great place for my kids. My sister came to visit and loved the area so she moved in right across the street. Not planning on moving anytime soon. Friendly helpful staff. Everyone in the office is eager to please. I highly recommend this apt. complex.
From Dewitt and Ayesha: Finally, a neighborhood that's not so quiet I feel like I'm in the middle of nowhere. Shiloh commons is located in the middle of a rather quiet neighborhood with just the right amount of activity you'll find in a community where people want to keep their kids safe, their lawns mowed, walk their dogs - you get the point. And with the cool, calm and collected feel I'm able to concentrate on my art in my studio - conveniently made out of the second bedroom with the perfect
From Clint: My wife and I just moved in May 1st., 2012. We are very pleased with the apartment management and the service staff. All of our requests have been taken care of in a timely manner. It has been a very enjoyable move. Our Rating would be a 10 out of 10.
From Ayesha: Having a roof over your head is a blessing, but having a place to call home, where the management cares about the tenants is rare. But, I am thankful nonetheless. Aside from making sure the grounds are kept up properly, they go the extra mile and put out newsletters to keep tenants up to speed on new info, and have an upcoming block party planned, so the neighbors can get to know one another. It s good to live in a place where community is still valued.
From Marie: At the end of a hard day, it's a nice place to come home. The neighbors are friendly and they way the unit buildings are set up, it's easy to get to know the people around you. One night almost all of the neighbors got home at the same time...everyone got a chance to catch up and what not. It felt like an impromptu block party. But, when I got inside to my apartment I was able to enjoyr the peace and quiet - feeling a bit safer.
From Amara: I loved it here! It is very homey and peaceful. You can step outside and actually see kids outside being kids, so if you have a family I would highly recommend staying here. It's in the middle of two major plazas as well as SWIC (Southwestern Illinois College)
From Patty: Great place, and very helpful manager. I moved in about a month ago and they are so helpful. Everything you need is close by. Also, the apartment is great and has good closet space. I'm glad I picked Shiloh Commons for my home.
